"This is one
of the best waiter training tools that I have come across. I use
the programme with the manuals to the fullest and must tell you
that it has done wonders for my restaurants.
A role in the show changed the way my waiters think, my sales
per waiter went up average with 15% by selling more extras and
by recommendation. In this point in time when I have a new waiter
starting he will first do the whole course before he or she is
allowed on my floor.
